Trauma Sensitive Restorative Yoga
This class is suitable for anyone who has experienced trauma. Guided with a trauma based approach to healing through grounding restorative yoga poses and breath work, while addressing the nervous system. This class supports post traumatic growth and connection to mind and body through present moment experiences. 60 minutes.
Aerial Yoga
A blend of classic Hatha yoga poses with the support of an aerial silk hammock. Incorporates standing balancing poses, deep stretches and full inversions. Builds strength, improves flexibility and overall balance. Relaxing and fun! 60 minutes.

Restorative Aerial Yoga
Restorative yet deep stretches with emphasis on hips, low back and chest. This class offers gentle inversions with the silk down low. All poses are supported by the aerial silk or bolsters. 60 minutes.

Rise & Thrive Aerial Yoga Fitness
Build strength, tone and stretch. Fun and focused fitness through repetitious yoga poses with the support of an aerial yoga silk. Followed by slow deep stretching to de-stress and cool down. Ending with savasana (resting stillness) in the air.

Yin Yang Aerial Yoga
Balance your energy with a 30/30 blend. Classic aerial yoga poses, with the silk slightly elevated (yang energy) with inversions & restorative aerial yoga (more yin energy) with the silk hung low. Calms the mind and relaxes the body.
It is not recommended to eat 1 hour prior to class.
Candlelight Restorative Yoga
Release stress, anxiety and tension through this restorative practice. Unwind your mind through a gentle series of poses, all with the support of bolsters, blankets and blocks.
Yin Yoga & Meditation
This class will incorporate a guided yin meditation practice. Slowly surrender into each pose. Targeting deep connective tissues, fascia and ligaments. Incorporates long holds, breath and guidance. Stimulates the nadis or body’s energy channels also known as Qi (Chi). Suitable for all levels. 60 minutes.
Beginners/Gentle Hatha Yoga
A gentler , slower form of classic yoga poses. Guided, with emphasis on breath and body awareness. Beginner focused but suitable for all bodies and levels of experience.
Hatha Yoga
Taught at a slow and steady pace. Focusing on classic yoga postures and correct body alignment. Mindful emphasis on breath linked movement. Beginner- intermediate level. 60 minutes.
Vinyasa Yoga
Slow Flow is a creative, therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body and the mind through warming Sun Salutations and exploring a variety of classic poses. When we slow down and bring our attention to our breath, we relax the nervous system. This class will link them all together. Great for beginners, as well as seasoned practitioners. 60 minutes.
Zen Your Sen Yoga Spa
Restore your sen. What are the sen? The sen are subtle pathways where our vital life force energy flows. Similar to the meridians in Chinese medicine or the Prana Nadis & Chakras in Yoga. When these energy lines become blocked, energy becomes stuck or stagnant and imbalance or dis-ease may occur.
In this class we will use a variety of techniques and tools such as:
acupressure along the body's Sen lines, assisted Thai stretches w/Shanna, a blend of restorative yoga or yin poses, steamy towels, reflexology balls, hot Himalayan salt stones, eye pillows and essential oils. No experience required.
Restorative Yoga or Restorative Aerial Yoga (w/ reflexology Or Thai Herbal compresses)

A blend of classic gentle yoga poses with the aerial silk down low. Long Supportive holds for a deep slow stretch. If the silk hammock is not for you, bolsters, blocks and blankets are used instead. Applied compression with hot Thai Herbal compresses is offered throughout class. 75 minutes.
In 2015, Shanna created her own unique form of restorative yoga by implementing the use of heated Thai herbal compresses along the body’s sen/energy lines. This blend of compressing the sen while deeply settling into the stretch can release physical tension, calm the nervous system and settle the mind. Using fewer postures and prolonged holding for approximately 5 and up to 10 minutes each. Bolsters, silks, blankets, eye pillows and props are used and supplied in the studio.
Corporate Yoga
Promote workplace wellness! We offer onsite yoga classes for your staff. 45 or 60 minute sessions. Yoga mats and eye pillows are provided for up to12 students.

Offering private yoga parties for special occasions, staff wellness days or just for fun! Enjoy tea time and a customized yoga class (Aerial, Hatha, Restorative or Yin).
Theme options:

*Crafting- create your own essential oil blended roll-on (for up to 10 people).
