Release stress and tension from your body and mind with this restorative yoga class by candlelight. All poses are on the floor and supported with bolsters, yoga blocks and blankets. Each pose is held for approximately 5 minutes. Within the poses, Shanna will offer mini foot reflexology sessions for each guest. Lavender eye pillows will be offered. Come and treat yourself to some self- care!
